If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.
I want to return or exchange my item. What do I need to know?
- Shoes must be returned in their original packaging.
- Items returned must not be worn, altered or damaged.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to you.
- We review all incoming items requesting an exchange or return. If we receive an item that shows wear, damage, or alterations, your items will not be accepted. If this occurs, you will get an e-mail letting you know that your return has not been accepted. No refund will be given. No exceptions will be made.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- For exchanges, we'll cover the shipping fee associated with shipping the new pair back to you.
- Once returns and exchanges arrive at our warehouse, they'll be processed within 5-7 business days.
